Pastry Chef and Queen of Sweets, Kris Padalino, will be serving up her "Banana, Bourbon & Bacon Moon Pie" at this year's Boudin, Bourbon and Beer, presented by Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Lead Bartender, Lu Brow, will also be mixing some exclusive VIP and signature drinks for the event. Details below.

Where: Champion's Square outside of the Superdome
What: Over 70 of the Nation's top restaurants and chefs serve up Louisiana-inspired creative dishes. Star-studded music, bourbon cocktails, and of course, beer are served outside at one of NOLA's biggest parties!
Why: A portion of the proceeds benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, whose mission is "to inspire, mentor & enable youth to reach their fullest potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education."
