Come celebrate the Tricentennial of New Orleans at one of the most important and historical restaurants in the French Quarter, Brennan’s restaurant, with proprietors Ralph Brennan and Terry White, along with James Beard Finalist “Best Chef: South” Slade Rushing. Walk the footsteps of the renowned culinary master, James Beard, as we reminisce the gastronomical exploration of his 1978 visit to New Orleans.


1st Course
