Ashley's superpower is building meaningful relationships with event hosts, families, planners, and brides. Her attention to detail, deep local vendor relationships, and her ability to work fast and flexibly, always with a smile, endears her to clients and is a testament to her hard work and dedication to her profession.

After a stint in retail management and communications, Ashley joined Ralph Brennan's Red Fish Grill team in 2007 and fell in love with the hospitality business. There she assumed various operational roles, ultimately running Red Fish Grill's busy front door as lead host. In 2014, Ashley was recruited as the opening reservationist at Brennan's, a key position in the guest and service centric restaurant, and she transitioned to the sales team in 2017.

Ashley credits Ralph Brennan as a mentor as Ralph has taught her many invaluable lessons of being in the business of caring for people. Ashley's ability to place herself in her clients' shoes, and her dedication to keeping open lines of communication with her clients make her a highly regarded Sales Manager. Ashley's goal is to help her guests make memories at Brennan's that will last a lifetime, and she takes pride in the role she plays in making special occasions truly special.

Ashley is a devoted mother of four and grandmother of two, and she loves to spend time with her family when away from her family at Brennan's.
