Braithe Gill is an award-winning beverage leader and certified sommelier who elevated Brennan’s to Wine Spectator’s Grand Award under her leadership after a 16-year hiatus. Awarded Top Female Achiever by New Orleans Magazine in 2022, Braithe helped the beverage program earn Wine Enthusiast’s Outstanding Wine Program Award and recognition from Tales of the Cocktail.

As Corporate Beverage Director for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Braithe curates acclaimed wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic programs across multiple concepts. She has crafted exclusive private-label Champagnes, including a 2023 collaboration with Piper-Heidsieck’s Émilien Boutillat to create to create Brennan’s ‘Essential’ cuvée.

Her global expertise stems from extensive travel and education, including Somm Camp, Oregon Pinot Camp, Cape Wine, and study across Napa, Sonoma, Champagne, Burgundy, and Italy. Before joining Ralph Brennan, she held notable roles in New York, serving as Wine Director at Danny Meyer’s Union Square Café and General Manager at Brooklyn Wine Exchange. After moving to New Orleans, Braithe was the General Manager and Beverage Director at Salon by Sucré.

A passionate mentor and educator, Braithe serves as Vice President of the NOWFE Board and leads sommelier certification programs companywide. She remains a driving force for innovation in the industry, focusing on hospitality, sustainability, and emerging beverage trends.
