Kick off the week of wine celebrations at Brennan’s with a Champagne reception in our lush courtyard & relaxing Roost Bar featuring Executive Chef Ryan Hacker's Champagne-inspired menu paired with Champagnes by Folio Fine Wines.
KICK-OFF DETAILS
Guests will be greeted with a glass of bubbles, followed by a Champagne sabering, PLUS an opportunity for guests to personally learn how to saber and be inducted into the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or as Sabreur.
Following Sabering lessons guests will enjoy an interactive Folio Fine Wines Champagne tasting. Champagne inspired passed hors d’oeuvres and bubbly will be served throughout the event.
