Brennan's Sales Manager Joe Laskowski brings enthusiasm and thoughtfulness to the unforgettable events he plans. His mission is to create extraordinary memories for guests, designing once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Specializing in a variety of social events, Joe's passion for event planning is marked by a deep appreciation for the magic of creating memorable moments.

Having been with Brennan's for four years, Joe joined the team as the Private Events Operations Manager. During the pandemic when private events were on hold, Joe pivoted and worked as an à la carte manager, providing him with insights to make him the well-rounded and passionate Sales Manager he is today.

Joe thrives on the opportunity to engage with clients, meticulously reviewing details, and ensuring that every aspect of the event is just right. Valuing the historic Brennan's building, one of the most rewarding aspects of his role is witnessing the awe in the eyes of clients and faces lighting up with excitement seeing their visions become a reality.

Originally from upstate New York, Joe began his career in restaurants with small serving jobs while studying theater at NYU. After college, Joe moved to Pittsburgh, where he found opportunities in fine dining. After climbing the ranks in fine-dining, Joe played a key role in opening the original Waffles InCaffeinated, which became a local Pittsburgh Chain. He was the General Manager for four years, developing systems and processes, and training General Managers at the five other locations. Thereafter, he joined Big Burrito Restaurant Group, working at the General Manager of Kaya, a Caribbean-inspired restaurant. While at Kaya, Joe planned a 2-day festival with 5,000 attendees. Joe's desire to escape the winter led him to move to New Orleans. Encouraged by a friend who worked for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Joe decided to explore the possibility due to the similarities in concepts, ownership, and culture.

Joe and his partner, Ryan, recently bought a beautiful home with a large yard in Gretna, giving their spunky 12-year-old dog, Zeke, plenty of space to run around. Every Friday, Joe and Ryan embrace the delicious food city and try a new restaurant. Joe has a passion for plants, gardening, hiking, and the outdoors. His favorite plant are ferns.
